Abuse & Takedown
How to report a page, what we look at, and what happens next.
Every product page carries a Report link that leads here. For abuse of a .Best domain itself, the registry's Report abuse page is the faster route. Acceptable Use Policy · Terms of Service · Report abuse on internet.Best · Contact

How to report a product page made with myproduct.best, what we look at, and what happens next. myproduct.best publishes no customer pages yet; this is the procedure that will apply when it does, and reports about this site itself can be sent today.
1. Abuse of a .Best domain
Phishing, malware, botnet command-and-control, pharming, or spam used to deliver them, involving a .Best domain, should be reported through the Report abuse page of internet.best. It reaches the registry team that can act at the domain level, whether or not the domain carries a myproduct.best page.
2. How to report a page
- Use the Report link at the foot of every page, or write to us through the Contact page with "Abuse report" in the subject.
- Give the page's address (for example whitesneaker.best) and the exact part you are reporting.
- Say what is wrong and, where you can, attach evidence: screenshots, links, dates, sample messages.
- For a claim about a trademark, copyright or other right, identify the right and show that you hold it or act for the person who does.
- Tell us how to reach you in case we need to ask something.
3. What we look at
- Whether the page, or a message sent to its Super Followers, breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or the law.
- Whether the page owner controls the domain and the rights the page relies on: the source domain, the images, the brand.
- For a rights claim, whether the report identifies the right, the person holding it and the content concerned.
4. What happens next
We review every report. Where a page causes clear and serious harm — phishing, malware, fraud, or content that endangers children — we unpublish it while we look into it. Otherwise we tell the page owner and give them the chance to respond or fix the page before we decide.
The outcome can be no action, a change the owner must make, unpublishing the page, turning off its Super Follow, or closing the account. Repeated breaches lead to closure. We tell the person who reported and the page owner what we decided, except where the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it.
5. Contesting a decision
A page owner who disagrees with a decision, or a reporter who disagrees with a decision not to act, can contest it through the Contact page, saying which page and which decision. We look at it again and reply with the outcome and the reasons.
6. Domain names and security
Claims that a .best domain name itself infringes a trademark are decided under the UDRP and URS, not by us. We cannot transfer or cancel a domain name; a myproduct.best page can be unpublished, but the domain stays with its registrant.
Security vulnerabilities in this site should be reported through the Contact page, marked as a security report. As the Terms of Service say, we do not pursue good-faith researchers who follow that process and give us reasonable time to respond.
