This policy sets out what may and may not be published on a product page made with myproduct.best, what may be sent to Super Followers, and how this site may be used. It adds to the Terms of Service, which apply in full.
myproduct.best is in development and publishes no customer pages yet. These are the rules every page will be held to when it does.
1. Who may publish a page
- Someone who controls the .best domain the page is published on. Control is proven through DNS, with a record you add, not by filling in a form.
- For a product you make, sell, or are authorised to resell, under the brand you actually represent.
- Using a product page you own or are authorised to copy. Paste only the URL of such a page into the importer.
- With images you own or are allowed to use. You confirm this before any image is copied.
2. What a page may not contain
- Impersonation of a brand, a business or a person, or anything that suggests an affiliation, endorsement or authorisation you do not have.
- Counterfeit or replica goods, or anything that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright, design or other rights.
- Products or services that are illegal to sell or advertise where the page is aimed, or that need a licence you do not hold.
- Phishing, malware, or links that deceive visitors about where they lead.
- Payment, log-in, password or personal-data forms. Pages are built without them and cannot carry them.
- Ratings, reviews, testimonials, awards, best-seller badges or customer counts without verifiable data behind them.
- Prices, discounts, specifications or claims that are not in the product data you provided.
- Hateful, harassing, violent or sexually explicit content, and anything that exploits or endangers children.
3. Buy buttons and links
- Up to six buy buttons per page, each to your own shop, a marketplace where the product is listed, or a retailer authorised to sell it.
- Links to your source domain and to known marketplaces are accepted. Anything else is reviewed by a person before the page goes live, and every outbound link is scanned for malware and phishing on publish and afterwards.
- A buy button must lead to the product it names. Checkout always happens on the store, never on the page.
4. Super Follow
- Send messages only to people who pressed Super Follow on that page, and only about that page's brand and products.
- Offers, codes and invitations must be real, and honoured on the terms you state when you send them.
- Nothing sent to Super Followers may contain what Section 2 forbids on a page.
- Unfollowing takes one tap and stops every message from that page. Do not try to reach someone who has unfollowed by another route using anything learned from their follow.
5. Using this site
The acceptable-use rules in Section 3 of the Terms of Service apply to this site as to the rest of internet.best: no unlawful or fraudulent use, no unauthorised access, probing or malware, no scraping beyond the robots policy or load that is unreasonable, no misrepresenting who you are, and no unsolicited commercial messages.
6. What happens if a page breaks these rules
We may refuse to publish a page, unpublish it, turn off its Super Follow, or close the account behind it. Where we act, we tell the page owner what we did and why, unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it, and the owner can contest the decision as described on the Abuse & takedown page.
To report a page that breaks these rules, use the Report link on the page or see Abuse & takedown.
