Why superlative TLDs win in the AI era
In an internet mediated by AI agents, a domain that means something becomes machine-readable real estate. Here's why the extension itself is now a signal.
For most of the internet's life, a domain was a door. You typed an address and arrived. Memorability and habit ruled, which is why .com became a reflex. But discovery is moving off the address bar and the search results page and into AI assistants that read, summarise, recommend, and increasingly choose on a user's behalf.

That's why the next decade of domain value won't come from stockpiling .com refugees. It will come from owning the semantic infrastructure of an AI-first web.
