A guest taps Super Follow once at the hotel's address and is subscribed to the hotel — not to its Instagram and its newsletter separately. Add a channel next year and the people who already follow the hotel come with it, without asking them to follow anything again.

The hotel owns the relationship

The follow sits at the address layer rather than inside an app, so the relationship is the hotel's: held against its own address, and not rented back to it a slice at a time by a ranking system that can change next quarter.

Direct reach, no ranking

Nothing stands between the hotel and the guests who followed it. What it posts at its address reaches them — there is no feed to place it in, and no reach to buy back.

A row on the hotel's hub can be private: it sits in the list where everyone can see it, shut, and opens the moment someone Super Follows. A message waiting when they follow

Write one private message — a promo code, a discount, a secret link, or simply a welcome — and it is sent automatically to everyone who Super Follows, the moment they do. It lands in their super box, the mailbox every Super Follower has, which is also where anything else the hotel sends its Super Followers arrives. Write to the hotel's followers from the hub on Premium and it arrives in their super box.
