What is a hotels.best address?
It is your hotel's page on hotels.best — hotels.best/yourhotel — free on every plan. On Pro and Premium the hotel can also take a .best domain of its own, yourhotel.best, registered to the business through an ICANN-accredited registrar.
Who is behind hotels.Best?
internet.Best, an ICANN-accredited domain registry that has operated the .best top-level domain since 2018. The site is published by PREMLEAD SAS, the company behind internet.Best, whose full details are on the Terms and Privacy pages of this mini-site.
Are the hubs shown on this site real accounts?
No. Dar Biona and the other hubs across the site are sample pages showing what a hotel hub looks like. The names on them are illustrative rather than anyone's official presence, and pressing Super Follow on one changes the page and sends nothing.

What is a hotel hub?
A hub is your hotel's page: its name, what it does, and every link that matters — shop, channels, bookings, press — in one place, at one address. It replaces the handful of profile URLs on domains the hotel does not control.
How do I build one?
You describe it. Write a sentence or two about the hotel and what you want on the page — "a riad hub for booking a room, rooms & rates, reception and our Instagram" — and the hub is generated from it: layout, sections and links. You can then edit anything it produced, with another prompt or by hand.
Do I need a .best domain to have a hub?
No. The free plan gives your hotel a hub at hotels.best/yourhotel, with unlimited links and the Super Follow button, and it is free forever. A .best domain of its own — yourhotel.best, with hotels.Best branding removed — comes with the Pro plan.
Can I change how my hub looks?
Yes. Custom templates and colours come with Pro. Premium adds enhanced content, fonts and layouts. The free plan uses the standard design.
Super Follow
What is a Super Follow?
Super Follow is the one action a guest takes on your hub. Instead of following an account inside a platform, the follow is held against your hotel's address, so the audience stays with the hotel rather than with whichever app it was collected in.
How is that different from following a hotel on a platform?
A platform follow is a row in someone else's database. It stops working when the platform declines, changes its algorithm, changes its rules or changes hands, and it cannot move to another app with you. A Super Follow is held at your hotel's address, so the list stays with the hotel.
Does a guest need an account to Super Follow a hotel?
Pressing Super Follow is one tap on your hub: no app to install, and no algorithm deciding whether it counts. What they receive from you afterwards arrives in their super box.
What is the super box?
The super box is the mailbox every Super Follower has. Anything your hotel sends its Super Followers arrives there rather than in an ordinary inbox, so no mail provider stands between the hotel and the guest who chose to follow it.
Can we write to our Super Followers?
Yes, on Premium. You write from your hub and it arrives in each Super Follower's super box. Premium also covers the private message that goes out automatically the moment somebody follows — a promo code, a discount, a secret link, or simply a welcome.
Can we keep some content for Super Followers only?
Yes. Private links for Super Followers come with Pro: a row on your hub stays shut until a guest Super Follows, and opens for them when they do.
Does the hotel own its follower list?
The list is held against your hotel's address rather than inside a platform, so it stays with the hotel. Pro adds first-party click analytics, and Premium advanced click and follower statistics on top of them.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free forever: a hub at hotels.best/yourhotel, built in one prompt, with unlimited links and the Super Follow button on it.
What do the paid plans cost?
Pro is free for the first year for .best domain owners, or €2/month billed annually. Premium is €10/month billed annually.
Do you take a cut of what the hotel earns?
No. There are no per-click fees and no revenue share. What the hotel makes through the links on its hub is its own.
Is Super Follow only on the paid plans?
No — the Super Follow button is on every plan, the free one included. What the paid plans add is what you can do with the followers it collects: private links and first-party analytics on Pro, messages and deeper statistics on Premium.
