What does the Super Follow button actually do?
Every shop hub carries one, on every plan. A customer who Super Follows the shop there is following its address, not an account inside a platform — so the relationship stays with the shop, across every channel you add to it. Pro adds private links for the people on that list, and Premium lets you post updates to it. How Super Follow works.
Is it billed monthly or yearly?
Prices are shown per month but billed annually, one year at a time — the way domains work. On Pro and Premium the shop’s .best domain stays its own as long as you renew it.
Can we move our domain to another registrar?
Yes. yourshop.best is a normal domain with normal transfer rights and full DNS control. We do not lock names into a single storefront.
What happens to our hub if we leave?
The hub is a convenience, not a hostage. Point your .best domain anywhere you like at any time — the address is the part that matters, and it is the shop’s.
Will the price change?
One standard price for standard names, published, with generous advance notice of any change. That is a commitment we make across every namespace we run.
