Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of this site. Nothing here registers a domain — nothing is registrable yet.
my.socialmedia is a concept site published by PREMLEAD SAS as part of internet.best, and these are that site’s terms — the same document, covering these pages as a sub-site of it. There is no account to open and no service to buy: .socialmedia is an application filed in the ICANN 2026 round and is not delegated, so the plans and hubs shown across this mini-site describe an intended product rather than one on sale. Where the application stands · the same terms on internet.Best.
Version 2.0 · last updated 18 August 2026 · replaces the version dated April 2026.
These Terms govern your use of the internet.best website. They are not the terms on which a .Best domain is registered — that relationship is with your registrar, under their agreement and the applicable ICANN policies — and they are not the terms of service of the web.Best or ai.Best platforms, which have their own.

The .Best registry is operated by BestTLD Pty Ltd (ACN 156 262 752), an ICANN-accredited registry operator, a subsidiary of THE BEST SAS (RCS Créteil 839 725 553). Where these Terms describe registry matters, they describe them for information; the registry's own obligations arise under its Registry Agreement with ICANN.
The internet.Best, domains.Best, web.Best, ai.Best and .Best names and logos are trade names and marks used by the group. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.
2. Access to the site
The site is provided free of charge for information. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access to certain areas — the investor pages and the data room — is restricted, granted at our discretion, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Where you are given credentials to a restricted area, they are personal to you. You must keep them confidential, must not share them, and must tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. Material in those areas is confidential and provided for evaluation only; it is not an offer of securities, and it may not be redistributed.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms others.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission — with the exception of good-faith security research reported through our Security page.
- Do not introduce malware, or any code intended to damage or impair the site.
- Do not scrape, harvest or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots policy, and do not use automated means that impose an unreasonable load.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.
- Do not use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications.
4. What this site does and does not do
This site does not sell domain names. .Best domains are registered through ICANN-accredited registrars, who set their own prices and terms and who are your counterparty. Availability information shown here is indicative and not a guarantee that a name can be registered.
Information about the ICANN 2026 round, including any tracker of publicly disclosed applications, is compiled from public sources and is provided for information only. It is not an official ICANN publication, may be incomplete or out of date, and must not be relied on for any decision. ICANN publishes the authoritative position itself.
Research reports, statistics, market sizing and forward-looking statements on this site reflect our views and assumptions at the time of writing. Forward-looking statements are not promises; actual outcomes may differ materially, particularly for matters — such as the outcome of a gTLD application — that depend on decisions we do not control.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, design, layout, graphics, logos, databases, software, and the selection and arrangement of material — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of PREMLEAD SAS or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any right in them.
You may view, download and print extracts for your own internal or personal use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt or exploit the content commercially without our written permission.
The site links to third-party sites we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement; we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
6. Warranties, liability and indemnity
The site is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, and we do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate or current, or that the site will be free of errors, interruptions or malicious code.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — in particular liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, however arising.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the site.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including network or infrastructure failure, denial-of-service attack, failure of a telecommunications or hosting provider, act of government, or the acts or omissions of ICANN.
7. Reporting abuse, infringement and vulnerabilities
DNS abuse involving a .Best domain — phishing, malware, botnet command-and-control, pharming, or spam used to deliver them — should be reported through our Report abuse page, which is the fastest route to the team that can act on it.
Claims of trademark infringement in a domain name are handled through the UDRP and URS rather than by us directly. Copyright complaints about content published on a website should be addressed to the site's host or operator, not to the registry.
Security vulnerabilities in this site or our infrastructure should be reported through our Security page. We do not pursue good-faith researchers who follow that process and give us reasonable time to respond.
8. Suspension, changes and termination
We may suspend or withdraw your access to the site or to a restricted area, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or that your access presents a security risk.
We may amend these Terms. The version and date at the top indicate the current text, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site. Where a change materially affects your rights in a restricted area, we will tell account holders before it takes effect.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, subject to any mandatory rule that gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between us in relation to the site.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page. Privacy questions go to privacy [at] internet.best, or to our Data Protection Officer, dpo [at] internet.best.
